In order to customise your loyalty card, on the TENNER Portal, press the ‘Edit loyalty card’ button on the StampIt page.
Note that any changes made to your loyalty card will automaticlly update all pre-existing customer loyalty cards.
Setting the number of stamps
Use the number selector to set the number of stamps your loyalty card will have.
Adding, editing and removing rewards
To add a new reward, press the ‘Add reward’ button. Select the stamp number that you want the reward to appear on and give it a shorthand label. This shorthand label will appear on the stamp itself – try to keep this as short as possible. Give the reward a full description – this will appear at the bottom of your customer’s loyalty card. Finally, press ‘Done’ to apply and add the reward.
To remove a reward, press the pencil next to the reward you want to edit. Make the changes you want to make and press ‘Done’. To delete the reward, press the delete button.
