Configuring your landing page

In the TENNER portal, navigate to the page called ‘Landing page’. From this page, you can configure your landing page and try out your TENNER Agent.

You can change the icon on the landing page by clicking the logo box in the section titled ‘configuration’. A window should open allowing you to select an image to upload. TENNER supports both .png and .jpeg file types with a size limit of 1MB. Once uploaded, click save to save your icon.

The title of the landing page will appear in the top bar of the landing page besides your icon and also in the browser tab. You can change the title in the input box labelled ‘Landing page title’ in the section titled ‘configuration’. Once you have inputted your title, click save to save your changes.

Landing page location

We automatically generate and host your landing page for you; removing the need to install or set it up. The link to your Landing page can be found on the ‘Venue register page’ under the title ‘Landing page URL’.

Clicking the clipboard icon will copy the URL to your clipboard. This link can be shared with your visitors via email or text. If you use a booking system to manage your appointments or if you send an appointment confirmation/reminder email/SMS, then we recommend you put this link into your message template, so your visitors automatically receive your landing page link before their appointment.

Try it out

You can try out the landing page link by copying the link to your clipboard, opening a new tab on your browser, and pasting it into URL bar at the top. Your landing page should load up and you can interact with your landing page as if you were a visitor.
