Introduction

The venue register is where you can view visitations at your venue and export reports.

Visitor records

Visitor records have four statuses – passed, failed,
expired, and pending.

The status indicator can be found to the left of the visitor’s name. It gives a quick indication of the status of the visitor.

Green
Visitor has passed the screening and has checked in.
Failed
Red
Visitor has failed the screening.
Expired
Yellow
Visitor’s screening has expired.
Pending
Grey
Visitor has passed the screening but has not yet checked in.

You will find the ‘passed’ and ‘not passed’ status below the visitor’s name. To the right of the visitor’s name, you’ll find the screening status and the check-in status.

The ‘view’ button on the right-hand side of the visitor records will open a popup that will give you all information on the visit including the screening answers.

If the visitor has passed the screening but has not yet checked in you can press the ‘check-in now’ button to do so.

Finding visitor records

The venue register page is designed so that you can easily view, navigate, filter, and search your visitor records.

You can navigate forward and backwards between entry days by pressing the left and right arrows in the top left of the page area. Pressing the ‘Today’ button will return you to the entries for today. By default, the venue register will show all entries for today.

The date range can be adjusted by selecting the desired range in the select button. 

The visitor records can also be sorted by selecting the desired option in the selection button.

You will find the ‘passed’ and ‘not passed’ status below the visitor’s name. To the right of the visitor’s name, you’ll find the screening status and the check-in status.

Searching and filters

You can quick search names, numbers, and emails to find visitor records quickly in the search bar in the top right

You can filter visitor records by selecting the criteria of the visitors you want to see in the results area.

Reporting

You can export your visitor records by clicking the report button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. The portal will export all records in the results area so use the date navigation, range selector, filters, and search tools to find the results you want to include in the export. The portal will export to CSV format.
